Project Ordering Guide

Custom cabinetry design inspiration

A clear specification makes a better starting point

This website is a design and enquiry catalogue. Prices and commercial arrangements are provided for each project. Use this guide to prepare the information the team needs to discuss your cabinetry requirements.

Drawings and measurements

Provide dimensioned room plans with the measurement units marked. Note ceiling heights, access openings, columns, skirting, services and any appliances. Identify repeated rooms and quantities separately rather than combining different layouts into one total.

Materials, finishes and fittings

Confirm the required board substrate, thickness, door style, visible surface, edge treatment and hardware. Photos and screen colours are useful references but should not replace an agreed material specification or sample where one is required.

Quotation and order confirmation

Ask for the product scope, quantities, specification, price, production schedule and applicable payment arrangements in the written quotation. Any changes to drawings or finishes should be reviewed before production. The website does not set a universal lead time, minimum order quantity or payment method.

Packing and transport

Provide the destination and receiving conditions. Packing, freight arrangements, trade terms, insurance responsibilities and any site handling requirements are confirmed for the order. Sea freight can be discussed for bulky furniture; confirm the arrangements that apply to your shipment.

Installation and receiving

Agree who will install the furniture, which guidance is available and how the receiving team will identify and check the parts. On-site service depends on project location and the agreed scope. Raise any damage, discrepancy or quality concern with photographs and order details so the team can review it.
