CNC cutting
Cabinet parts begin with a defined drawing and cutting plan. CNC cutting is part of our production process. Cabinet dimensions, board selection and the arrangement of panels are confirmed against the project brief.
Precision edge banding
Edges are a visible and practical part of cabinetry. Edge treatment is coordinated with the selected board and finish. Appearance, exposed edges and joining details should be discussed alongside the door and hardware specification.
Structure and hardware coordination
Storage furniture depends on the relationship between panels, doors, drawers, shelving and fittings. We coordinate cabinet structure and hardware requirements so that the design discussion includes how the furniture will be used.
Review before dispatch
Checks cover material selection, processing and finished products. For your order, agree the relevant inspection requirements, photographs or sample review with the team before production begins.
