Can a design be adapted to my room?
Yes. Dimensions, style and storage functions can be adapted to the space and project brief. Share measurements and drawings so the team can review feasibility.
Can I use my own drawings or samples?
Drawings, samples and visual references can be used for the customization discussion. Confirm the final construction and specification before ordering.
Quotation and specifications
What information is needed for a quotation?
Send drawings, measurements, preferred materials or finish requirements, quantities and delivery destination. Include appliance details for a kitchen and any installation constraints.
Why are there no public prices?
Each cabinet project has its own dimensions, finishes, hardware and delivery requirements. Request a project quotation rather than treating a design image as a fixed-price ready-stock item.
Do the pictures confirm the board substrate?
No. Images show visible appearance and layout. Confirm substrate, thickness, finish and hardware in the order specification; a woodgrain appearance is not proof of solid timber.
Are these products ready stock?
Custom-made products are not held as ready stock. Discuss production arrangements and timing with the team for your specification.
Project delivery and support
How long does production take?
The time depends on the specification and order quantity. The applicable schedule is confirmed in the quotation and order discussion.
Do you provide overseas on-site installation?
Installation arrangements depend on location and the agreed project scope. Discuss remote guidance and on-site requirements separately; do not assume overseas on-site installation is included.
