Stage 1: Design Consultation
Every project starts with information, not hardware. We ask for your floor plan or room dimensions, the function each unit must serve, the style direction, and any material or finish preferences. If you only have a photo of a look you like, that is enough to begin.
This stage is where cost is genuinely decided. A conversation about materials and dimensions now saves a redesign later, and it lets us flag anything that will not work before money is committed.
Stage 2: Quotation and Confirmation
We translate your requirements into a structured quotation covering panel material, finish, hardware, size and quantity. Trade terms are agreed at this point — EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP, shipping from Guangzhou. Nothing enters production until specifications are confirmed in writing.
Stage 3: Sampling
For custom pieces we build a sample so you can approve structure, colour and finish before a bulk run. Typical sampling time is 7–15 days, depending on complexity. Your drawings and designs stay confidential; we are happy to sign an NDA before work begins.
Stage 4: Production and Inspection
Approved samples become the production standard. Panels are cut on CNC equipment, edge-banded for a sealed finish, and assembled with fitted hardware. Checks run at material intake, during processing, and on finished goods — so a problem is caught at the operation that caused it, not at the loading dock.
Stage 5: Packing, Shipping and Installation
Cabinetry is bulky, so we pack for long-haul sea freight — either knock-down for efficient containers or assembled where the design calls for it. We label cartons to match your room plan, so the fit-out team opens boxes in a logical order. On arrival, our team supports installation through video calls and telephone guidance, and provides on-site installation service on qualifying projects.
What You Need to Prepare
- Room dimensions or a floor plan
- Intended use of each unit (storage type, appliances, load)
- Style direction and reference images
- Target quantity and destination port
- Any material, colour or hardware constraints
Why This Matters
Most overseas furniture problems are not manufacturing problems — they are coordination problems. A single partner owning all five stages removes the gaps where responsibility usually disappears, and gives you one point of contact from first enquiry to installed furniture.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a sample take?
Typically 7–15 days, depending on how complex the unit is. Bulk production time is confirmed with the quotation once the quantity is known.
Can you handle installation for overseas projects?
We provide video-call and telephone guidance as standard, remote training for your team, and on-site installation service on qualifying projects where it is agreed in advance.
What do you need from me to quote?
Room dimensions or a floor plan, the intended use of each unit, your style direction, quantity and destination port. A reference photo is enough to get started.
